Meet the owners of Singisi Eco Solutions!

Craig & Annie

We started Singisi Eco Solutions to address a need we saw in the conservation industry. It can be challenging to find the right people who are equipped to work in remote areas and handle the unique projects that often come with conservation work. Conservation organizations and projects vary widely—they can include private game reserves, national parks, NGOs, and government or community-owned natural land, to name a few.

In addition to our conservation services, we have expanded into the environmental development field, focusing on sustainable and ethical approaches, especially in natural areas. At Singisi Eco Solutions, we offer management services tailored to environmental companies and conservation organizations. Our work includes supporting operations and project management while also providing the tools and services needed to help organizations run smoothly and effectively.

We are passionate about the conservation industry and sustainable development. Growing up in the bush—Craig in Zimbabwe and Annie in South Africa—instilled in us a deep appreciation for the natural environment and a desire to contribute to its conservation in a meaningful and lasting way.

Craig Lord holds a Diploma in Nature Conservation and a B-Tech in Nature Conservation from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. He also has a Business Management certificate from the University of Cape Town and is a certified BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) Drone Pilot. With a versatile skill set in field operations management, Craig excels at finding practical solutions to diverse challenges, resulting in efficient and effective operational systems.

Annie Peatling completed her undergraduate degree in Development and Environment at Stellenbosch University, followed by a postgraduate diploma in Environmental Management, reflecting her dedication to environmental stewardship. She has also obtained certificates in Foundations of Project Management and Foundations of Financial Management from the University of Cape Town. Annie plays a vital role as the bridge between on-the-ground operations and client-based management. Her skills encompass detailed reporting, seamless communication, robust administration services, proficient project management, and a wide range of operational expertise essential for conservation and environmental organizations.
